What is passive chilled beam air conditioning?

Passive chilled beam air conditioning is technology that will be used to provide internal air conditioning. Chilled water pipes are used to distribute cooling to chilled beams that are located in the ceilings. When it makes contact with the chilled water it drops cold air down into the occupied space.
