Congratulations to Milalin Javellana, Facility Director of the Philippines Australia Human Resource and Organisational Development Facility (PAHRODF) managed by Coffey on behalf of the Australian Government. Ms Javellana was recently named as one of the world’s most influential Filipina women by the Filipina Women’s Network (FNW). The Award was announced at the FNW’s 2016 Filipina Leadership Global Summit held in August in Cebu, Philippines.
Ms Javellana was recognised for her exceptional business impact, displaying a deep passion for her work and demonstrating high performance and measurable results.
As Facility Director, Ms Javallana and the Facility team work to support human resource management, organisational development and institutional change in the Philippines. The Facility provides a range of strategic interventions to address the organisational development needs of select Philippine organisations, including customised, short-term training programs, scholarships, mentoring and coaching, business process improvement, organisational design and change management support.
