20160622 NZPC Awards 370x298px newsThe Coffey team in New Zealand are proud to have been involved in five of the 12 winning projects announced last Friday at the New Zealand Property Council Awards. 

Our Project Management team managed the construction of the best in category winner – the Te Oro Music and Arts Centre in the Coffey sponsored Education and Arts Property Award, The Otahuhu Recreation Centre was awarded the excellence prize in the Holmes Consulting Group Tourism and Leisure Property Award and also in the Warren and Mahoney Special Purpose Property Award.

Coffey’s geotechnical team also supported the delivery of several project winners - the Buckley Precinct in the Natural Habitats Urban Land Development Award, the Brickworks Lynnmall in the RCG Retail Property Award and the Chrysalis Childcare Centre in the Coffey sponsored Education and Arts Property Award all won excellence awards.
