Coffey has boosted its spatial data solutions capability with the establishment of a dedicated business unit to leverage digital innovations across our projects.
General Manager Digital Innovation Craig McCloskey will lead our geospatial, virtual reality and BIM capability, as well our newly established Digital Innovation Hub.
The new team will work closely with the business to bring together our expertise, data and technology platforms to deliver a unique service offering across our projects.
Coffey Group Executive Markets Chantalle Meijer welcomed Craig to the role, which will play an important part in the company’s digital transformation.
“Digital innovation is disrupting so many of our industries and there are significant opportunities for our clients to use innovation to gain a competitive edge,” Chantalle said.
“Craig’s team will connect with our business to adopt more agile approaches to our projects, so that our clients can make smarter decisions faster.
“This will be of particular value as new transport and property infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand gain momentum over the coming months.”
Craig’s team combines Coffey’s geospatial, virtual reality and BIM capabilities to deliver an integrated offering to our clients across our projects.
He’ll also lead the Digital Innovation Hub, which will identify new digital innovation projects to be developed by Coffey’s experts.
Craig takes on the role after leading the company’s Brazil operations for six years, where he played a significant role in building Coffey’s virtual reality capabilities.
“I’m looking forward to creating unique client experiences with new solutions to existing problems,” Craig said.
“We see great opportunities for genuine disruption in our industries – bringing together the expertise, data and technology that only Coffey can offer.”
