Executive Vice President, MSI (subsidiary of Coffey)+17 0 3979 7100
As Executive Vice President for MSI, Coffey’s America’s operation, I lead our efforts to offer effective, efficient solutions to donor clients around the world. I help position MSI to meet the needs of USAID, our primary client, and open new avenues for offering Coffey’s expertise to government and private sector clients. I have 25 years of experience with government contracting, the development industry and extensive experience living and working all over the Middle East.
I combine technical and operational skills to design and offer development projects that are effective in all field conditions. For nearly seven years I managed USAID’s largest and most complex public administration project, the $500 million Tatweer/Tarabot project in Iraq. This project brought together Coffey’s technical, administrative and managerial expertise to rebuild Iraq’s shattered government infrastructure under very difficult conflict conditions. Recent projects include post-conflict work in Libya and Syria and support for our rapid deployment teams globally. When not doing project-related work, I am responsible for growing Coffey’s project portfolio with new and exciting clients in established and emerging markets.
While at Coffey, I have had the opportunity to mentor dozens of young staff and provide them with critical field experience. Those employees have gone on to positions of authority within USAID, the World Bank, PhD programs, senior management in NGOs and corporate positions. I believe the perspective that Coffey and I provide helps them offer effective technical excellence to the global clients we all serve.
