I’m a Senior Associate Hydrogeologist with our Environmental Services team in Melbourne. I have over 14 years’ experience in environmental consulting advising major mining, oil and gas, government and private clients.

I’ve worked across Australia – mostly in Tasmania and Queensland – providing ground water support for the audit, remediation, mining, geotechnics and assessment teams.

My areas of hydrology experience include water balance modelling of mine water process circuits, water supply reliability assessment, including the effects of climate change.

Two projects I’ve worked on that stood out were the groundwater study for the Arrow Energy Surat coal seam gas EIS and constructing a 3D numerical groundwater flow and contaminant transport model of Groote Eylandt. I’ve also assisted in understanding contaminant transport at GEMCO’s (now South 32) manganese mine.

I find it rewarding to consult with traditional land owners and local communities – ensuring they’re informed of a project’s progress.

I’m a professional member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and International Association of Hydrogeologists where I’m able to connect with industry peers to develop and sharing technical knowledge.

I feel lucky to work alongside a large pool of great technical people – allowing for collaboration on a range of large scale projects.
