DASCEM Halon & CFC Services
Laboratory
DASCEM operates the laboratory at the Australian National Halon Bank. The laboratory is fully equipped to conduct full analysis testing to ISO 7201 and ASTM D 5632 standards for Halon 1211 and Halon 1301.
The laboratory has developed and implements a laboratory specific Quality Management System to ISO/IEC 17025. Three DASCEM staff have been recommended as NATA signatories by the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA), which enables the production of NATA endorsed test results.
The laboratory also provides composition analysis for all types of refrigerant mixtures (CFCs, HCFCs and HFCs).
