While our work now spans the full range of development sectors, we remain focused on helping our clients manage change and improve the effectiveness of development assistance, a field that has come to be known as development management.

We are today one of US AID’s leading development management firms and have expanded our work to a number of other clients, including the U.S. State
Department, U.N., World Bank, the U.S. Department of Labor and a number of multi-laterals, private foundations, organisations and U.S. federal agencies.

Currently, we have over 100 projects under management worldwide. From our original focus on analysis and evaluation, we have significantly expanded our expertise to include implementation of a range of analytical and field projects in:

core competencies: managing policy change; strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation; organisational development and training; knowledge management and strategic communications; and scaling up and reaching marginalised populations.
