Papua New Guinea Sub-National Strategy (SNS)

• strengthening day to day sub-National public administration and governance processes to achieve enhanced service delivery 
• improving intergovernmental financing systems and co-ordination, legal structures for management, monitoring systems and capacity building provided by the National Government  
• supporting initiatives to improve the performance of Bougainville and special case provinces of national interest to both governments  
• the alignment of Australia 's ongoing aid programs in PNG making them more responsive to service delivery challenges at the sub-national level.
