We have a substantial track record in financial sector reform, focused primarily on extending financial services to those who are underserved or without access to capital.

Our expertise includes financial sector policy development, creation of systems for regulation and supervision, and design, development and implementation of large- and small-scale financial sector reform programs. We also have worked on projects to promote financial sector depth, stability and strength; enhance access to financial services; and support broad-based development strategies.

We also have broad experience in improving financial institution performance, covering the full range of front- and back-office processes. We provide management and staff training through training programs including formal, informal, on-the-job and structured training sessions. We have particular expertise in creating and developing institutional capacity for efficient and profitable banking for micro, small and medium enterprises. We help our clients penetrate these new and difficult markets through application of high-volume, low-transaction value appraisal methodologies, systems for lending and portfolio management and innovative application of ICT to enhance efficiencies, improve access and increase outreach to achieve economies of scale.
