The Governance and Social Development Framework (GSDFW)
The GSDFW provides research, training and consultancy services to support project and programme planning, implementation and evaluation in the fields of governance, conflict, and social development.

The Economist and Private Sector Development Services (EPSDS)
The EPSDS seeks to satisfy the growing demand for supplementary and specialist technical advisory services on behalf of our clients including DFID’s Economists and Private Sector Development (PSD) Advisers. Through our rapid and reliable service, we are on hand to mobilise specialists within seven working days to provide technical advice on economic and private sector development projects worldwide.

EUROPEAN COMMISSION FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS
Coffey International Development is a member of international consortia of organisations implementing framework contracts for the European Commission. We are currently working on the Beneficiaries 2009 Framework Contract and the Commission 2011 Framework Contract.
Beneficiaries 2009 Framework Contract
The Beneficiaries 2009 Framework Contract enables fast and transparent recruitment of experts who provide short-term technical assistance to the European Commission’s external aid programmes.
Coffey International Development is a selected framework contractor for the following 5 Lots, which correspond to different technical fields:
Lot 7: Governance and Home Affairs
Lot 8: Health
Lot 9: Culture, Education, Employment and Social
Lot 10: Trade, Standards and Private Sector

Commission 2011 Framework Contract
The Commission 2011 Framework Contract is an instrument for the rapid and transparent recruitment of specialists who provide technical assistance and carry out studies, mainly for the European Commission’s external aid programmes.
Coffey International Development is a selected framework contract provider for Lot 1: Studies and Technical Assistance in All Sectors. Recruited specialists work on projects in numerous disciplines, in any field covered by cooperation and development programmes for countries outside the European Union. The main sectors of assistance provided under this lot are:
- Social development/employment/eradication of poverty
- Education
- Health
- Civil society
- Human rights
- Governance, state reform, security
- Migration, trade, development of the private sector
