Policy Research and Analysis
We advise governments, donors and international organisations on security and justice sector planning and policy.
Some of the areas we have advised governments, including the UK and US, and international organisations, such as the United Nations, include:
- stabilisation planning and operations
- lessons learning and the application of best practice in security reform
- the ‘whole-of-government’ approach
- public sector policy development.
Our staff have also contributed to the OECD-DAC Handbook on Security System Reform, including writing the Intelligence and Security chapter.
