We provide specialist consultancy, training and project management services to governments, particularly to new members of the European Union or those seeking to join. We use our knowledge and experience in economic policy, organisational development and private sector engagement to enable governments throughout Europe to build the necessary infrastructure to improve living conditions. We also work extensively in the private sector.
Our main clients in the region include the DFID, USAID, the World Bank Group, the European Union, other government departments and agencies, bilateral agencies and private sector companies.
