Coffey appoints acting CFO following resignation of Simon Curtis

(Sydney, Australia – 6 June 2008) Coffey International Limited (ASX:COF) advises that its chief financial officer Simon Curtis resigned earlier today, effective immediately. Debbie Goodin will replace Simon as the acting chief financial officer until the Board considers a replacement.

Debbie has held executive positions within Coffey for the past three years, beginning with project management company Clifton Coney Group (now Coffey Projects) in 2005 and more recently heading the M&A team for Coffey. Debbie has been responsible for the completion of more than a dozen successful acquisitions, and has also been intimately involved with the Company’s debt refinancing and other Corporate Development activities.

Debbie has almost 20 years of senior management and financial management experience. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has held senior finance roles with the State Government of Victoria, City of Melbourne, Ferrier Hodgson and Arthur Andersen.

Coffey International managing director Roger Olds said that Simon had been an integral part of the executive team that had delivered the rapid growth phase of the Company over the past six years, and thanked him for this contribution.
