Coffey managing director Roger Olds spoke on the topic ‘Paving the way to project success. The impact of infrastructure procurement models on innovation, reputation and extraordinary project outcomes.’
In his presentation he addressed how the different contractual arrangements for large infrastructure projects can govern behaviours, and hence outcomes, for clients.
