I’m a Project Director with over 24 years of experience in Defence and the public and private sectors. This includes the successful management, planning and delivery of complex Defence and whole of Australian Government capital facilities, infrastructure projects and government/parliamentary approval processes.
As a Project Director, I’ve lead project teams in the planning and delivery of multiple Defence facilities and infrastructure projects, including Defence’s largest infrastructure project, the $1.5 billion New Air Combat Capability Facilities (NACC) Project.
I have extensive experience in Defence Facilities Business Case development and have developed, presented and gained approval for many high-profile infrastructure business cases for critical infrastructure projects via the Defence Estate Committee, Estate Infrastructure Gate Review and Defence Investment Committee in direct support of Navy and Army capability requirements. Notably was the successful development and subsequent approval of the Royal Singapore Air Force Chinook Facilities Project which was based on a complex International Treaty.
I am excited to lead the development of the Commonwealth Sector Project Management business in identifying new and exciting opportunities that will contribute to the growth of the overall business and to delivering well considered, appropriate and beneficial outcomes to our clients.
